• Our office does not accept health insurance for payment. If your insurance covers acupuncture, we can provide you with a SuperBill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • SuperBills include medical coding to inform your insurance provider of the treatment you received, the reason for the treatment, and the total cost that you paid. We provide SuperBills at no additional cost and can be requested up to 10 months after your appointment date. SuperBills are self submitted by you through your online insurance portal. Reimbursement is determined by your health insurance coverage.

  • Yes! We accept HSA and FSA cards.

  • Please use the self-booking link to schedule your appointment.

    All patients must have an appointment to be seen. For same day visit or visits outside of business hours, please call or text 9493259525.

  • We do offer concierge services on a case by case basis. For details, please email hello@acureverse.com so we can provide you with accurate information.

  • We allow cancellations 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a late cancel fee of $50 will be applied. No-shows will be charged in full.

  • We understand that things happen, but unfortunately, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will not be able to provide your treatment.
